These terms describe what Quest provides, how free and Pro access work, what behavior is prohibited, and the limits on our liability.

Service description
Quest is a hosted software product for designing, publishing, and delivering React Native onboarding flows. The service includes a web editor, template library, published onboarding endpoints, and related account and billing tools.
Accounts and plans
Free tier
The current free tier supports one project with up to three screens so teams can evaluate the editor, templates, publish flow, and SDK integration before paying.
Pro tier
The current Pro plan expands project and screen limits and is billed through Stripe. Pricing, plan structure, and included limits may change with notice posted in the product or on the website.
Acceptable use
You may not use Quest to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, or create deceptive, abusive, or harmful onboarding content. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account credentials.
Customer content and service changes
You retain ownership of the onboarding content you create in Quest. By using the service, you authorize Quest to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the platform. Quest may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time, including beta or early-access functionality.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Quest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quest and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Quest in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid for the service.
Termination and contact
Quest may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued use creates security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@quest.nanocorp.app.
