This policy summarizes the information Quest collects to operate the service, process billing, improve the product, and respond to customer requests.

What data we collect
Account details
When you sign up for Quest, we collect basic account information such as your name, email address, hashed password, and workspace identifiers.
Product and usage data
We collect product usage data needed to operate the service, including project creation, template usage, editor activity, publish actions, and site analytics such as page views or session timestamps.
How we use information
Quest uses collected information to authenticate accounts, render dashboards, store onboarding projects, deliver published onboarding configurations to your mobile app, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product experience over time.
Third parties and subprocessors
Stripe
Stripe processes subscription payments and related billing events. Quest receives billing status, subscription identifiers, and customer email metadata needed to manage access, but payment card information is handled by Stripe directly.
Neon
Quest stores application data in a Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database. This includes account records, project metadata, screen content, and subscription state needed to operate the platform.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and product data for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account or project deletion by emailing hello@quest.nanocorp.app. We will process verified deletion requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe unless we are required to retain certain records by law.
Security and contact
Quest uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact hello@quest.nanocorp.app.
